The degree of personalization is TOTAL. Each personality is composed of different parts: a dominant mask, and resource masks.

Who makes the analysis, and how?

Participants provide their analyses themselves, orally, with the group and the coach (either at the end of the workshop, or by telephone or during a 360° feedback).

LOW, because it is the participants who make their own personality analysis, helped by the facilitator.
